ABOUT DOWNLOADS (BOTH FOR MEMBERS AND FOR INDIVIDUAL BUYERS)

Can I download and see your videos either on computers (PC or Mac), tablets, smartphones and other portable devices?
All videos are presented on mp4 format, which means that the compatibility is almost universal, so it’s practically sure that you will not need to install any extra software and/or CODEC on your device to download and see our mp4 videos properly.
Anyhow if you’re having problem downloading files using a mobile device, a quick search on the Internet introducing the exact model of your device will tell what you need to do to download mp4 files.

What type of internet connection do I need to download your videos?
Preferably you should have a fast Internet connection. With such a connection, and under normal circumstances of Internet traffic, you should be able to download each video in less time than the length in minutes of that video. If you have a slower connection, you still can download our videos, but it will take much longer so you'll have to be patient.

Are there instructions to download and view the videos?
Yes there are download instructions available on the Download Page (it’s the page that you’ll access when you click on the link given on the e-mail that confirmed your order) where you’ll make all downloads. Those instructions also include solutions for most common download and viewing problems but anyhow we repeat those solutions on the points below.
Anyhow if you're a regular user of Internet, you'll not need any instructions, because the entire process is extremely user friendly and self-explanatory.

What shall I do if the download stops?
If you bought the video as a non-member and the download stops for any reason, like for instance an Internet failure, a power failure, a computer crash, etc, you can download the video again at no extra cost to you. To download again, please go back to the Download Page (it’s the page that you’ll access when you click on the link given on the e-mail that confirmed your order) and restart the download process from point 1) mentioned on the download instructions that you’ll find on that page.
If you downloaded the video as a member and the download stops for any reason, like for instance an Internet failure, a power failure, a computer crash, etc, you can download the video again without the need to use more credits nor even start the selection process of the video again. To do the download again, please go inside the Members Area and then click on the link “Videos history” available right below the header of all pages on the Members Area and you'll see the button to download the video again.

What shall I do if I have problems to do downloads?
If you're having problems downloading any video, they are caused by your Internet Browser.
The problem can be solved by 3 different methods, depending on your computer and your Internet browser. Here they are:
1) Please go to the page of the respective manufacturer and update your Internet Browser
2) If that doesn’t solve the problem, then use another Internet Browser
3) If none of the above solves the problem, then use another computer to do the download.
